How can this happen, all this time and they mail them out SATURDAY?!?
I would be pissed if I was waiting for a ballot from Broward county.

all is not lost if they don't arrive: the voters abroad but in the u.s. can vote at the local polling location with a provisional ballot, which will then be forwarded back to the schmucks in broward county.
