I was wondering if we should keep all the election coverage in one thread? Then make it this one!

But the reason I posted this is because I was wondering when the first official numbers are released(not from some small villages in NH)? Anyone know?

Thanky!

edited to add: Please ignore Randmans personal attack on me in this thread so we stay on topic. Thanks

  • "November 2, 2004 -- It's either going to be a long night or a Bush landslide if the first returns from two New Hampshire communities early today are any indication.

President Bush and John Kerry each had 15 votes when the results were reported from the tiny hamlet of Harts Location shortly after midnight. Ralph Nader had one vote.

When the votes came in from Dixville Notch, Bush had bested Kerry by a 19-to-7 margin. Nader came up empty in the town.

The two communities have engaged in the one-minute-after-midnight Election Day tradition on-and-off since 1948 thanks to a state law that allows towns to close their polls once all the registered voters have cast ballots."

Bad news? Not really ... compared to 2000 ...
Code:
Harts Location 2004: Kerry 15 Bush 15 2000: Gore 13 Bush 17 Dixville Notch 2004: Kerry 7 Bush 19 2000: Gore 5 Bush 21
we'll see.

The biggest anti-American on this board should not be commenting on the election, much less creatings threads about it.

Logic's opinion is invalid because of where he lives?

He represents his progressive views accurately, so he has no valid opinion?

This is pretty pathetic guys. We can't even agree on a thread in which to discuss the election? Does not bode well.

Well, that makes it official, this is the election thread for me!

Randyman is just pissed cuz his boy Dubya is in for a good ol' licking and he knows it.

Yup, it's a new and beautiful day here in America, and I'll be waltzing downtown to cast my vote soon.

See ya later all.

BTW, don't waste your day hanging round here. Go outside, take in the fresh air, make love
in a public place, or a private one, but whatever, just have fun and relax. The results won't be in for awhile but when they do come in it'll be really Good News!

Create a new thread. Keep it clean of the idiocy from all sides, Logic and Randman.

None of this insulting "fixing" other people's posts, none of the pictures insinuating anyone who doesn't share your opinion possesses the intellect of an infant, none of it.

Knock it off, and keep it clean in the new thread, which I will create.
If this post is in the Lounge forum, it is likely to be my own opinion, and not representative of the position of MacNN.com.
