I was wondering...why not raise the bounty on the Bin Laden (currently $27 million max) and Al-Zawahiri (currently $25 million). I say that a nice reward of $500 to $1billion would round these fools up quick. Diverting funds from the rebuilding of Iraq to find and arrest or kill these terrorist leaders is worth it in my opinion.

You mean destroying Iraq... so far less than $3bln have been used in reconstruction, as opposed to (currently) almost $6bln/mo. in military expenses.

Besides, the fella that allegedly told the authorities the whereabouts of Saddam never got his money...

But yeah - if $1bln helps getting rid of them, I'd say go for it.

Rumsfeld. Can't find the exact quote, something like "he's a very bad guy" and therefore won't get his money.
