Phil was a Greek, and had rather too many Nazi chums at the time of his wedding. Hence only being allowed 2 wedding guests, and not being King.
Apparently 'Prince's Consort' is the title they are proposing to use, in the unlikely event that Charles outlives his mother and ascends. Could still be challenged or changed by members of the Commonwealth, opposition parties or even Brenda herself, although you would imagine she has already approved most of what has come out.
