Those awful leaders who have committed so many warcrimes (Bush - Afghanistan/Irak, Putin- Chechnia) should be locked up in their rotten prisons (Abu Ghraib/Guantanamo Bay or some dump Moscow prison), tortured by their own guidelines and denied of any human right as they have done to so many of their victims.

I see lots of circumstantial evidence. Prove their personal involvement, and prove their intent to commit the crimes of which you accuse them. For that matter, what exactly are you accusing them of? Your accusation is awfully vague.

No doubt.
It's like hangin' with my nutjob communist neighbor, drinking beer and listening to him for an hour. Always leaves me laughing. Telling me how terrible the capitalist pigs are, and then a month later coming to me and asking for $ to help him pay his mortgage (he's my neighbor, of course I'll help him).
