Poor chap. He started off as a big fat idiot, then, around 2000, he became rather thin. He stayed that way through 2004, and now he's ballooned back to his former self.
The beginning
Here he is a few years ago, when he was thin
Here he is in a recent, rather scary looking picture. 
Judging by his drug addiction and weight gain, he must be have some serious deep-seated problems. Does anybody still listen to his program?

Not that I am taking up for the windbag,
When he got addicted to pain killers, he was legally on them.
Now yes he did go overboard, but getting addicted to pain killers this way isn't a hard thing to do. Grandmas and Grandpas all over the world are addicted. They have no deep seated psych issues.
I think this is what as known as "projection"

Not a lot of pills if you been taking them steadily for a year.
Esp after having major back surgery.
He was taking Oxy 80s.
And they make them all the way up to 160.
Just like if you start drinking at 21. By 22 hits if you are drinking every day, you are going to be able to drink twice as much if not more.
