Hurricane Katrina devastated the Mississippi River delta and took the lives of thousands. But it is clear from the photos and the statistics that the majority of those killed were African American. Even today, in an America that is supposedly one, it is clear that racism pervades major elements of our culture. It is clear that Hurricane Katrina was a racist hurricane, bent on murdering and destroying the lives of African Americans through the South, and, to a lesser extent, burying the Quebecois with inches of rain.
One need look no further than the direct path of the Hurricane to realize that Katrina had a plan to cause as much racist destruction as possible. A perfect 'C' through the eastern half of the continent had the hurricane run through New Orleans, a city predominantly inhabited by African Americans. What reason would the hurricane have to ravage New Orleans other than to promote its ideals of hate and racism? Why set a course for Quebec?
I propose that we establish a federal bureau to handle equal hurricane placement, that hurricanes will ravage other areas where caucasians are the majority. I propose three yearly hurricanes of Category 2 strength or higher to the upper west coast, including Washington and Oregon, and one hurricane of Category 3 strength or higher to the New England region.
I think it is only fair.
