Odd that in an article trumpeting 'false assumptions' it also implies that there is not SC research in the US because of federal legislation.
The fact is the there is no governmentally funded research.
As far as the Bill goes. I doubt they are even read by the politicos. The occasional talk show has a host read a politician something in their own bills and they seem dumbfounded.
Read them, understand them? Never. Almost Never.
