Interesting factoid. My dad is one of the CID agents mentioned here during the Winter Soldier Investigation.

Nobody remembers anything anymore so if they had shut their mouths and let things go everything would be left forgotten.

They are doing it only for publicity cuz I have no idea in hell who they are or do I care nor does anyone else.

Seems pretty silly. I don't know if you can sue somebody for libel and win if they merely repeat what somebody else said... if they're still really upset over what the vets said during the Winter Solider hearings, maybe they should sue those particular vets instead of Kerry for repeating their remarks. Although I can't imagine that 30+ years passing is gonna help a libel case.

The other stuff about not getting their documentary to air is pretty silly too. If they can sue because Kerry's people pushed to prevent the documentary from airing, then the producers of "The Reagans" miniseries that was pulled from CBS in 2003 would have grounds for a lawsuit, too.

I hope they win, then maybe we can sue Futurama and Firefly back on the air
