Israel votes to push deeper into Lebanon
Offensive's expansion aimed at Hezbollah rocket launchers
JERUSALEM (CNN) -- Israel's Security Cabinet recommended Wednesday that the Israel military expand its campaign against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
Israeli ground forces are now authorized to push up to the Litani River, 18 miles (29 kilometers) inside Lebanon, in an attempt to eliminate Hezbollah rocket launchers before any U.N. cease-fire resolution is passed.

Let it be clear that illegal incursions into Israel's territory by terrorist groups will make her neighbors lose their own in the long run. This should make the local governments grow some teeth and try to rein in these lunatic fringe groups.
