I was going to say the Iraq War, but it was mostly our air force that was used. (Plus rjenkinson already mentioned the Korean War.)

I knew about the Gulf War, but like you said, it was mostly our Air Force. And besides, the Gulf War was a turkey shoot. I think most of the casualties were caused by friendly fire.

Yup. I think the Korean War was the last time, unless one counts peace keeping missions.

Canadian soilders are bad-ass in combat.
Well trained and effective soilders.
As well as their RCAF pilots and crews.
I had the honor of meeting quite a few of these guys in Saudi.
All men are created equal, but what they do after that point puts them on a sliding scale.
