I put this thread in the political lounge, well, because that's where it would end up anyway.
I just thought it was ironic how Michael Moore turned the tables on Fred Phelps?
I know this probably won't happen, but can we not turn this into a Fahrenheit 9/11 accuracy thread? We already have threads for that and that's off topic in this thread.

he's the head of the Westboro Baptist Church
they hate gays
hate America (UK, Canada, Sweden etc) and picket funerals of dead service people celebrating their death - (also see Patriot Guard Riders, who counter them)
are about ~100 strong, mostly family members
I thought it was some sick attempt at humour the first time I heard of them, unfortunately they're real.

He's the bad apple of organized religion.
