Well, yes or no? Going to vote or not?

I'm voting of course.

If you're not voting care to explain why?

Yep, I'm registered and ready to vote. Might go the absentee route to avoid those funny Diebold machines and their 'security.'

I don't think I have missed a single election since my 18th birthday. So yes, I am.

I think I need to update my voter registration since I moved, but otherwise, yes.

In Germany, you're automatically registered to vote if you're above 18.

I registered to vote as soon as I turned 18. Somehow the voting people always seem to lose my registration, though, no matter how many times I correct it. It's kind of annoying.

Yep, since I have no choice. But even it wasn't mandatory I would go and vote. It's your duty as a citizen to vote.

Just re-registered last week since I moved. I went the absentee route this time, since I missed the mid-terms because I forgot.

There was a lady from the Democratic party outside the Post Office when I registered. When I registered as No Political Affiliation (sp?), she tried to say something to disuade me from doing that. I had to explain to her how my decisions are not based on a party preference.

I moved pretty recently and just reregistered at the primaries. I love Minnesota's stance on allowing registrations on election day.

Yup I'm registered and I'll be voting. I won't vote for a party but rather for a candidate. Though being from massachusetts we're basically a one party state.

I'll be out of the country on election day so I don't think I'll be voting. I figure if I fill out a ballot form then some liberal will either lose it or change my votes to a straight Democrat ticket. You can't trust human beings to act as an interface between your vote and the actual tally.

I trust machines. Any dolt can change or lose your written ballot - but only a handful of dolts can rig a machine to lie.
