Vociferous condemnation of the US detaining people at Gitmo with demands for its immediate closing as "unacceptable" while saying the opposite in the background.

Gee, were it the other way 'round and the US perpetrating it, many here would be completely up in arms about it.

Interesting, that double standard - can be a bit of a two-edged sword, as well.
