Why can't they just eat it in cookies or brownies or something? What a waste of Canadian taxpayer's money. It would be cheaper to get the lunchladies to make them cookies. God forbid those cookies were diverted, however.

It is not the act of smoking that eases their symptoms. It is the marijuana. It is a waste to outfit a room so that the marijuana could be smoked inside when it can be eaten. Google it. Marijuana is more potent when eaten. Its efects also last longer.
