Dennis Kucinich announces bid for U.S. Presidency.

godennis cannot wait to be in Washington in January 2009 standing next to Dennis Kucinich as he speaks the Oath of Office.

Kucinich is a six-term, liberal congressman from Cleveland whose presidential candidacy in 2004 made headlines more for his bachelorhood than his policies. This time around Kucinich has a wife.

Right, maybe he'll crack the Top 5 this time.

"Excuse me! Yes, I am named Dennis. I ran for president in 2004, but no one even considered me, partly because I am single. It's just not becoming for a presidential nominee. We've only had one single president in this country's history, you see...but I digress. Would you marry me so that I might have a better shot in '08? I am rich, by the way? Yes? Oh, spectacular! By the way, would you mind taking off those heels? Thank you so much! Follow me; the chapel is this way..."

Partly? godennis knows being single was the only reason Dennis Kucinich was not elected President of the United States in 2004.

godennis laughs at Barack. Obama is behind schedule. When (if?) he decides to run, he will have a hard time accumulating the level of support Dennis Kucinich already has.

Obama will have trouble getting the support Kucinich has?

I'm pretty sure Obama has at least three people that are for him. Which means he has three times the support of Kucinich.

Kucinich has the support of his wife, Sean Penn, Shirley MacLaine and godennis. godennis is pretty sure godennis could convince Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien to support Kucinich, because they say they vote for candidates based on their comedic value because it makes their jobs easier.

godennis counts six. That's twice as many as Obama.

"I am running for president of the United States to enable the goddess of peace to encircle within her arms all the children of this country and all the children of the world," Kucinich said when he officially announced his candidacy.
Oh, boy. "Dennis, the goddess of peace is on line three!"
