Bush to sign biofuels pact with Brazil - CNN.com
George Bush is touring South America this week, trying to reach deals that should be beneficial to both parts in drug control and ethanol. Apparently, Chavez has been pouring anti-US propaganda in the whole continent (so says CNN), or those demonstrators have been feeling this way regardless of Chavez.
Why would Brazilian demonstrators object the creation of a new market for their fuel? The current OPEC needs some competition to stand against, right?
