In not-surprising news, the water treatment plants Habliburton was hired to build to supply our troops with water are not actually treating the water, exposing our troops to all sorts of nasties.

We should be grateful to haliburton for this. If you knew half of what they know, you'd crap your pants in terror. However bad their actions might look at the time, rest assured they're doing the right thing based on the top secret knowledge they have, and history will vindicate them.
