He actually declared the accused completely innocent and said there was no evidence whatsoever that an assault of any kind occurred in the house on that night.

He said "someone" owes "someone" alot of apologies.

He called for a state law allowing the NC Supreme Court to remove prosecutors from cases like these, as well.

I wonder whether Nifong will be proscuted now?


I imagine there will be lawsuits forthcoming. just off the top of my head, against:

Nifong
The City and Dounty of Durham
Duke University
Richard Brodhead
The Accuser
The Durham Police Department
The "Group of 88"
All the public accusers and opiners, etc.

I apologize. I should have posted my comments in here instead of starting a new thread. I thought I looked and didn't see anything, but I evidently stopped reading after "Roy Cooper."

Every group you mentioned should have charges brought against them. Whether or not they actually will result in anything is up in the air...
