Rule 8: Okay. I get it. It's Obama. Naked. On a unicorn. What I don't get is the one which has Obama naked on a unicorn, next to Stalin and Dr. House.
Come to think of it, The one that has the unicorn wearing a Vault-Tec jumpsuit and Obama naked except for a Pip-Boy could also benefit from some exposition.
