I think it's a wonderful initiative to have a national payroll tax holiday.
That means we're a major step closer to the abolishment of our long national nightmares: Socialist Insecurity and Medicrap!
President Obama, I'm firmly with you on this one. I think you realized at some point, Mr. President, that the country wasn't prepared to redistribute wealth on the order and magnitude you previously envisioned, and now you realize that the only alternative is to end the failed experiments with Socialism that threaten to sink us into national bankruptcy. So, as a result, you'll sell this payroll tax holiday as a temporary tax cut for working people, and then the country will display no appetite to reimpose those taxes at a later point in time. The programs will then be phased out.
Genius. I really pray you can pull it off, sir.
