I'm not clear on the complaint here. It seems we advertise economic news mags to the Middle East during their day, you were surfing at 3:24 AM local time, and caught our secret ad? Then couldn't get to sleep again. But that would require you to have been surfing while asleep, which I do not recommend.
On the other hand, if you were surfing while awake, then getting to sleep after was not entirely our fault. Since your iPhone presumably gets charged at night, you'd been surfing awhile to use 20% of battery.

That's the problem with trying to discuss US policy with foreigners who are only here to argue. We take
these issues to heart, because this is our country and we love it, they're here for the entertainment value.
