Also, what percentage do you need?

If 20% of the public can do this, I question the amount of resources being spent to stop it.

Hijackings used to be much more common back in the 80s. I remember seeing them on the news as a kid. Libyans were fond of it IIRC. They weren't usually suicide hijackings though.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....
