I believe he likely would have seen the breadth of it and shit his pants. I'm not sure he would have dismantled it, likely not, because I don't think that's as easy as simply pulling a plug.

I'm 99.9999% sure he wouldn't touch it.

The only politicians I'm at least 90% sure would dismantle it both have the last name "Paul."

I don't think anything would have changed for the better, honestly. Congress is in on this, Republicans and Democrats alike.

I can't imagine he'd push it like Obama has. Then again, I kind of imagine him kowtowing to whatever the house leadership wants.

That's the most important point to me: the House and Senate have had oversight and we have not heard one iota of disagreements on that subject before the story broke. Prism et al must have had approval from both parties, so I don't think
