Auto-start video in Safari
Is there anyway to disable auto-start video in Safari. Many sites like Huff Post, Autoblog and others use this feature after landing on a page, often for advertisements. Driving me crazy.

Click to Flash
I do have Click to Flash installed and enabled and it does not stop auto-start videos.

You do have to set some settings for the extension. Access those from Preferences > Extensions > ClickToFlash. If it is anything like ClickToPlugin, you have to check a box to enable it, and to see more settings there is another checkbox to click. There are quite a number of settings that you can change.

ClickToPlugin works fine for me, but I did have to adjust some of the settings.

Safari is not OS X... I'm moving this to the Applications forum, where it should be for maximum effectiveness.
