quark docs wont open quark...

in 9.2.2, quark lost it's icon after a crash (so did a few control panels!)

rebuild the desktop, twice. quark, and quark docs show generic icons.

so dbl-clicking a quark document gives an error message.

tried reinstalling the app...no change.

how do i get quark icons back, and associate those docs to the app?

Does the Icon come back?

i trashed the finder prefs, my documents got their icons back.

but quark itself is a generic icon, and when i double-click any quark docs, they do not open the app...
