Need HP Laserjet Utility for System 7
I need the HP LaserJet Utility for System 7. HP has removed the disk image file (I think jalen40en.hqx) from their website and I can't find it anywhere else.

This used to come on a floppy disk with the 4M series printers. Anyone have any clues for me? Thanks.

Found this around. Not sure if it'll run under System 7, as I have no way of getting it on my old PowerBook at the moment. But give it a try:

Good luck.

I got an error -192, resource issue. Brief research indicates that this version, 4.x, runs on powerPC only. But I finally did find the software at http://www.freeway.va.no/filer/hp-lj.htm and my Powerbook 160 with 7.5.3 is now happy and printing!

Thanks, though for your efforts and follow-up.
