DiscBurner incompatible with Beige G3??
I just got a zipCD 650...Toast works fine from my Beige G3, but Disc Burner 1.0.1 installer says it's incompatible with my computer. What is this? Is there something I'm missing? There's nothing in the ReadMe about it requiring certain computer models. Perhaps it can't see my OrangeLink FireWire/USB PCI card, but Toast works ok with it, as does iTunes 1.1.

I am having the exact same issue except 1. my Zip CD is a Predator USB and 2. iTunes shows a disk but will not burn to it.

I had the same problem with iMovie 1, but was able to copy a disk image from an iMac system restore CD. (iMovie 2 installed okay). Same basic config, G3 w/ Orange Micro combo board.

I haven't tried installing DiscBurner yet. Apple sometimes list "built-in Firewire" as a system requirement, and did for both versions of iMovie. On some of their installers, it does a lookup to see if your machine is on their approved list and if not, too bad.

It's not like I'm going to go out and buy a new Mac if their latest software doesn't like my machine! I just find a getaround or another app. Dumb.
