Microsoft apps crashing print monitor
My co-worker can not print from any Microsoft product (go figure), she has Word 98 and Outlook. Every time she tries the print monitor crashes. Her other non-Microsoft apps print fine. Shes printing to a HP Laserjet 4si on PC network via a Ethernet. She is using a PowerMac/120 with system MAC/OS 8.5.1. I have tried trashing preferrences and reinstalling Word 98.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. |
