PC compatibility card: networking & misc

I have recently put a PC compatibility card into my PM 7500(G3/400). I was wondering about the operating systems compatibility. It's supported upto MacOS 8.1 and Windows 95. Here are my questions:

• Has anyone gotten the PC Setup 1.6.4 drivers to reliably work on a higher OS?
• Will Windows 95 w/USB support install fine and allow me to use my USB card?
• Has anyone gotten Windows 98 to install and still get network access to work.
• And last, but not least, how can I share an IP address between the mac and PC side?
