Is it possible use the built in monitor while using a PCI Graphics Card in the system?

You mean the built in monitor port, or a monitor that is built into the box? If the later, what CPU are you asking about? If the former, it depends on what graphics card - some are designed to take over for the built in monitor port, others are designed to add a monitor.
