where is the place to buy SATA hard drives? (in the UK)
Hi All,

When I want to buy memory, I go to Crucial. Where do I go to get the same reliability and value for hard drives? I'm in the UK.

I'm populating an eSATA 5-bay enclosure with drives, and I want to find the best deals.

Thanks in advance for any pointers,

Chas

I'd try eBuyer or DABS.

Thanks for the info, DABS has got what I'm looking for, at a much better price than any of the retailers I've been looking at :-)

I'll check novatech and microdirect too.

i'll second the ebuyer.co.uk choice

Thanks for that.

Turns out that ebuyer doesn't have what I'm looking for (Seagate 750GB and WD 10,000rpm SATA drives), but microdirect does (cheapest of all of the stores that have been mentioned here).
