As far as have I ever done such a thing? I've never denied that. I said it didn't require that.

Anyone that has ever sent me a private message informing me that something I have said to them hurt their feelings, within reason, have received replies with personal apologies from me. That isn't my intentions.

Jokes, Sarcasm, and such antics are tricky to perform in a text based situation. And even more so when you attempt to purposely be subtle.

I am just asking Dakar to not be surprised when others don't understand he is "joking" when he purposely makes these vague jokes. That if someone doesn't get it, to apologize and tell them you were being vague for a reason, blah blah.

Surely don't belittle them as if it were obvious. And we've had this discussion many times.

But for some reason he keeps forgetting about said conversations.

Making light of, and talking crap to buddies it a time old tradition. But it's always done lightheartidly and in jest.

On the internet however, it's hard to get that across so you must be a bit more obvious than normal (emoticons are great for this) Esp to people who don't know you.
