I Was Running DiskAid to Repair Permissions and it said...
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

SHOULD I be concerned? What does this mean?
I have an iMac with OSX 10.6.8

Nothing. Don't worry about it. Repairing permissions is a pointless exercise unless you're actually seeing problems beforehand.
