Forums: Mavericks and Image Capture, a love story?
This week in the <em>MacNN</em> forums, one Fresh-Faced Recruit who had recently upgraded to Mavericks (and claims it's the worst thing they've done since they started using computers) is hoping to find a happy ending to their troubled story as <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/298852==http://forums.macnn.com/90/mac-os-x/505986/mavericks-and-image-capture-love-story/" rel='nofollow'>Image Capture stopped working</a>. Today, "Hawkeye_a" was looking for some <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/298787==http://forums.macnn.com/82/applications/506034/3d-animation-software-for-the-mac/" rel='nofollow'>3D animation software</a> for the Mac that was free or cheap so that he could use it to get back into 3D animating as a hobby -- a solution has yet to be found. <br />

Yesterday, "osiris" was started a discussion about the Retina iPad mini not displaying the full sRGB <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/298760==http://forums.macnn.com/103/iphone-ipad-and-ipod/506000/ipad-mini-retina-display-gamut-issues/" rel='nofollow'>color gamut</a>, stating that it is "not very accurate" and "kinda off." Forum Regular "dennett" has to replace his son's iMac, and has turned to the forums in hopes that they could get some advice on creating the <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/298761==http://forums.macnn.com/65/mac-desktops/505963/building-a-new-imac/" rel='nofollow'>best configuration</a>. One Mac Elite turned to the forums looking for answers after they discovered that an <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/298762==http://forums.macnn.com/69/mac-notebooks/505959/mbp-external-off-when-battery-mavericks/" rel='nofollow'>external display</a> would turn off when their MBP was no longer connected to a power source after upgrading to Mavericks.
