Forums: data storage problems and troubleshooting
Today, Mac Elite "schalliol" enabled FileVault in 10.9, and now they are unable to delete files from their backup, wondering if anyone else has a way to do this. Fresh-Faced Recruit "nuno1959" accidentally erased a 3TB hard drive and is using Stellar Phoenix Mac Data recovery software to get it back, however their system hangs and seems to be "suspended in time" while it is running, and they are trying to determine if there is a way around this.
Yesterday, Mac Elite "rotuts" was asking fellow forum goers if there was a freeware or shareware app (or program already in the OS) that would list files on a hard drive by date added. One Mac Elite who has been using an older USB mouse, the Logitech NuLOOQ design controller, found that they are unable to use it after upgrading to OS X 10.9, and wonders if there is a workaround to get it functioning again.
Also yesterday, Fresh-Faced Recruit "kookie" updated their iPad 2 to iOS7 and it changed their wallpaper. Now they are unable to change it to an image from their gallery and they are wondering if anyone else had this issue, and if so how to fix it.
