Outlook calendar sync issue with iCal using iCloud

Hello all,

I must use Outlook as the email app for work and have the calendar syncing to iCal via iCloud. I've recently seen a number of meetings showing up incorrectly in iCal at different days/times due to it supposedly being generated in the Hong Kong timezone. I have confirmed that the Outlook meeting that I am accepting is in the Pacific time zone (where I work) but for some reason, it shows up in iCal as a Hong Kong timezone and therefore resets the day/time accordingly. Is there any way to fix this and have others had this issue?
