I keep on getting a quicktime error in IE under OS X. Does IE have quicktime plugins? It's almost as if it doesn't have the plugin and can't use quicktime in OS X.

The only problmes I had (both in 9.1 and X) were with my screen going dark, green, or gray, however, I installed the firmware update and those problems went away. The 10.0.1 update did work for me...

Since they can't get OS X on any new machine yet it won't matter. By summer Apple will have speeded everything up and the new machines will work "natively" with OS X.

The update is either not done or they are waiting to include CD-RW in the update. Since CD-RW is supposed to come in April it would make sense to do it all at once. Hopefully we'll see it soon.

It will be different for different people depending on what software you use and when it's carbonized. Some may run only in OS X come summer and others may have to wait for the winter.

I had the same problem with the clock. It would never leave the dock, but finally I realized the preferences were set to keep it in the dock. Check your clock preferences.

Weird. I had the same kind of problem with my DVSE too. Sometimes I'd get a green screen and some times a gray screen but a restart would fix it. I'm not sure what causes it.

It's a good start and I agree that the new finder is a lot better than the classic one. Plus in icon view it does work like the classic one and I find column view works quite well. It might not work...
