Hi, I have Quicktime Pro and the free DivX codec, when converting a programme approximately 45 minutes long to iPhone format it took about 20 minutes on a new iMac with 2GB Ram.

Is this normal?...

Don't worry StrongBad, I understand! Two cinema displays isn't that uncommon! Unfortunately crappy USB 2 is so popular they only put one FireWire on the back of a Mac Pro.
