if it is in "transit on the delivery truck" it means you will get the package today
if it is "in transit" between airports you will get it tommorrow

when I spoke to Apple last week they told me the Tiger orders were being shipped (released) on the 26th and that they had a commitment to have them in peoples hand by the 28th.

Oh by the way be very careful resetting the cuda. Done too much or the wrong way you will fry the memory controller.
Best not touch cuda if possible

Did you by chance install any cache enabling software? If you did it could be set too high.
If possible put your old processor back in if you cant get it to start and check the settings on the cache...
