Yeah, you are too picky. If you want decent bass or even "mid-bass", you're going to need to buy a notebook at least 2" thick, and it would need to have some kind of real sound cabinetry built in.

OK, so it finally got here.

Currently, I've re-partitioned it (so I can test alternate OSes) and am almost done re-installing Jaguar.

I'm guessing that if you use a wireless card with a built-in antenna (and the big protrusion from the slot), the ejector won't matter, since you can just pull the card out by the antenna-portion.

For ther 12/15, they have tiny drivers for left/right, and one decent size driver for the mid-range...
