Phew, I managed to change the external display resolution to 1024x768. The panel hid behind the primary display panel on the 800x600 screen. Feel a bit stupid not seeing it.:P

I'm sure you are aware of this, you can put external screens to the ibook in dual screen mode with a simple hack. I did this, and it works fine. Just don't confuse the Os and 0s, (letter and digit). ...

No, it sleeps fine both with and without mouse plugged in, and with and without cd in the drive. It doesn' really seem to matter.
