Well others are flat out denying there is any speed difference at all? I did indeed notice a difference between Safari and Firefox (and to a lesser extent Camino). But all felt slower than Firefox...

the hinge and the lcd all part of the assembly you replace, if there was some looseness in the hinge, it came out of the parts box that way.

ibooks have a spanning hack, but spanning is disabled by default, and the same should go for the emac, although not sure about the spanning hack on that.
