You need a Blu-ray writer and you need software.
Blu-ray writers are relatively cheap (< $200).

I doubt it. It is most likely SATA. I'm not sure a Mac Pro will support an EIDE drive.

Also, there are even cheaper SATA Blu-ray writers available...
