They don't send boxes anymore. I got my APLCARE documents and TechTools CD in an envelope about a week after my MacBook Pro was delivered (today, actually).

Open the iMovieproj file in bbedit (or another text editor). Find the line that says "Playhead=" and change whatever number is there to a "1" and save. Then try reopening your iMovie project.
