As of 6:39 PM malware alert still pops up but only when accessing the news site (Apple, Macintosh and iPod latest news headlines | MacNN (http://www.macnn.com/news/)) directly.

Following my previous comment, it was a pleasant surprise to see that I can now post a comment using IE for OS X!!!! The Subject/Message field now accept text and the Post Comment button is present....
