I ordered the stock 1.83 and I did call after the upgrades were announced to say I didn't need to go to 2.16. But I don't think that had any effect at all.

Right now all I can see for service type...

I hope so. My cc doesn't show a charge on line but my available credit is off from the max by the cost of the MBP. My original shipping date was 2/15 (1.83) and then was changed to 2/23 (2.0).

I've X'd out some stuff to protect the innocent (me). It's showing up on FedEx's tracking as having left TAOYUAN CITY TW. I chose the free shipping as often times Apple expedites shipping anyway....
