I took the 'Copy cursor' (the one with the green plus orb) and photoshopped out the orb :)
It's simple and I bet you can do one better than me. Oh and I applied it using Mighty Mouse from Unsanity....

I'm sorry, the titlebar colors were the defaults in Themepark.. meaning I haven't had the time to replaced them with original ones yet. Sorry about that one.
