It struck me that way when it was on a table in the store that was higher than proper typing height. I don't find it to be a problem on my 27.5" high computer desks or in my lap in the recliner.

I just got mine yesterday and it spent the evening on my lap in the La-Z-Boy. Ran between 50-60C (Core Duo Temp) and while it got hot, wasn't as bad as my Dell 8600, which is also tolerable.
