I ran disk utility from the osx disk and it found no problems to fix

I'll look for the hardware test disc, i didn't know It came with that

mac book pro will not sleep shut down or restart 2,369 Views / 6 Replies  
I click on the apple icon and hit the sleep button and nothing happens i hit the shut down or restart and it seems to start but gets hung up on the blue screen and the spinning thing at the bottom of...

my power button dosen't sit flush, it's a tad bit lower on one side so you can feel a sharp edge
granted this being my only problem i haven't much to complane about but it bugs me and i'm wondering...
